Gasoline decreased at the same time, the highest was nearly 200 VND, not significant

From 3:00 p.m. on November 21, 2022, the price per liter of fuel decreased from 40 to 180 VND, but fuel oil increased slightly.

According to the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Finance, in this adjustment period, each liter of E5 Ron 92 and Ron 95 gasoline will decrease by 40 to 80 VND/liter respectively and have new selling prices of 22,670 VND and 23,780 VND per liter. Prices of diesel and kerosene products are also adjusted, specifically:

  • E5 Ron 92 gasoline reduced by 40 VND/liter, selling price no more than 22,670 VND/liter
  • Ron 95 gasoline is reduced by 80 VND/liter, the selling price is not higher than 23,780 VND/liter
  • Diesel reduced by 180 VND/liter, selling price no higher than 24,800 VND/liter
  • Kerosene reduced by 100 VND/liter, selling price no higher than 24,640 VND/liter
  • Fuel oil increased by 20 VND/liter, selling price no higher than 14,780 VND/kg


In today’s operating period, the operator also set aside 200 VND per liter for each liter of Ron 95 gasoline, increasing the allowance for E5 Ron 92 to 250 VND per liter. Kerosene and diesel continue to not be allocated to the fund in today’s operating period. As for fuel oil, the fund deduction rate is 300 VND per kg. The fund spending level continues to maintain 0 VND per liter/kg for gasoline and oil products.
