Fuel prices increased again, nearly 23,000 VND for a liter of Ron 95 gasoline

From 3:00 p.m. on November 1, 2022, the price per liter of gasoline increased by 380 – 410 VND, and a number of other oil products were also adjusted to increase their selling prices.

According to the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Finance, in this adjustment period, each liter of E5 Ron 92 and Ron 95 gasoline will increase by 380 – 410 VND/liter and have new selling prices of 21,870 VND and 22,750 VND, respectively. per liter, diesel and kerosene products are also adjusted to reduce their selling prices, specifically:

  • E5 Ron 92 gasoline increased by 380 VND/liter, selling price no more than 21,870 VND/liter
  • Ron 95 gasoline increased by 410 VND/liter, selling price no higher than 22,750 VND/liter
  • Diesel increased by 290 VND/liter, selling price no higher than 25,070 VND/liter
  • Kerosene increased by 120 VND/liter, selling price no higher than 23,780 VND/liter
  • Fuel oil increased by 190 VND/kg, selling price was not higher than 14,080 VND/kg


In today’s operating period, the management agency does not use the Price Stabilization Fund for gasoline products, reducing the deduction level for Ron 95 and fuel oil while keeping the deduction level for diesel oil and kerosene unchanged. Specifically, the deduction for RON 95 gasoline decreased from 400 VND to 300 VND, fuel oil decreased from 208 VND to 500 VND.

Thus, from the beginning of the year until now, domestic gasoline prices have gone through 29 adjustment periods, of which 15 times increased and 14 times decreased.
