ARRC 2024 schedule: Waiting for Honda Racing Vietnam to shine on the Podium podium

The Honda Racing Vietnam team closed the 2023 Asian Motorcycle Racing Championship (ARRC 2023) with emotional performances. Vietnamese racers have brought impressive achievements and left bold marks on the Asian racing map. Perhaps in the new ARRC 2024 season, the opportunity to stand on the Podium podium will be within reach of Honda Racing Vietnam riders.

Recently, the ARRC racing organizers announced the expected schedule of the 2024 ARRC season. The season will start in March with 6 rounds throughout.

The first race will take place from March 15-17 at Chang International Circuit Thailand – a familiar racetrack and always considered the “home field” of Honda Racing Vietnam. Hopefully the riders of Honda Racing Vietnam will have an explosive opening race in Thailand like the riders did in the final leg of the ARRC 2023 race.

Next, stage 2 will take place in China in April, stage 3 will take place in Japan in June, stage 4 will take place in Indonesia and July, stage 5 will take place in Malaysia in September and stage 6 will take place in in Thailand in December.

Before the ARRC 2023 Asian motor racing season kicks off, Honda Racing Vietnam is determined to upgrade its ranking on the continent’s motorsport map with the goal of reaching the top 10 on the rankings and achieving at least 70 points in the category. AP250. Closing the 2023 ARRC season, Honda Racing Vietnam did more than that by winning 93 points in the AP250 category, ranking 7th in the team rankings, while Cao Vietnam (racer number 65 competing in the AP250 category) had 87 points, ranked 8th on the individual rankings.

Most importantly, confidence has returned to the entire team, from technicians to racers, everyone is united in their desire to take Honda Racing Vietnam further. It can be affirmed that currently Vietnamese rider Cao and his “steed” Honda CBR250RR are capable of competing for the top 3 position in the AP250 category.

Besides Cao Vietnam’s excellent performance, the remaining 3 riders of Honda Racing Vietnam also competed well in the past season. Nguyen Duc Thanh (No. 193) competed for the first time in the AP250 category and won 6 points. The duo Nguyen Anh Tuan (No. 178) and Nguyen Huu Tri (No. 111) completed the season in the UB150 category with scores of 16 points and 2 points respectively.
