Hyundai Tucson 2023 launched, slight changes and increased price

Vietnam’s best-selling C-class crossover model – Hyundai Tucson – has just had an upgraded version in the Australian market with some small changes and an increased selling price of more than 8 million VND.

Although it was only launched in 2020, the current generation of Hyundai Tucson has quickly had an upgrade for the Australian market and is expected to launch in other markets in the near future. Basically, the whole thing hasn’t changed much, but there are some slight changes to a few details on the exterior such as air vents with more square light clusters, sportier multi-spoke wheels, etc.

Inside the crossover’s cabin remains unchanged except for being equipped with Hyundai’s Bluelink connectivity service, which is standard equipment on the Elite and Highlander versions. This service is provided free of charge for the first five years to new vehicle buyers and is transferable to subsequent owners within this five-year period.

A lot of features are part of the Bluelink service. These include Automatic Collision Notification (Automatically alerts Bluelink Customer Care Center after a vehicle accident and airbag deployment). Connected Routing on the vehicle can calculate routes through a more stable connection server in the Bluelink cloud navigation system instead of the traditional navigation system.

Bluelink also offers enhanced Voice Recognition that allows vehicle owners to access hands-free calls, navigation and search settings. Other features of the Bluelink connected car service include Weather, Calendar Sync, Car Drop-off Destination, Remote Service, Remote Vehicle Check, Vehicle Health Report, Car Finder my bowl,…

Hyundai Australia has increased the starting price of the 2023 Tucson Elite and Highlander by 500 Australian dollars (~ 8.1 million VND) for the addition of Bluelink connectivity service. There are three versions sold in the Australian market: standard, Elite and Highlander, with starting prices ranging from 568, 650 and 764 million VND respectively. Comes with three different engine options.
