Hanoi was chosen as the first place in the world to implement the completely new “Modern Luxury” strategy of JLR (Jaguar Land Rover).

Instead of focusing on highlighting the cars placed in the showroom, Jaguar Land Rover brings special experiences to users as soon as they enter and is positioned according to the criteria of ‘customer centricity’.

This is also the first “destination” of Jaguar Land Rover’s new Display Center model designed according to the “Brand House” vision. The showroom has an area of ​​up to 1,673m2 inspired by the ripple effect, creating almost unlimited visibility. The reception area is located on the first floor and right in the center, according to JLR’s new language.

The design and construction of the Display Center was overseen by Professor Gerry McGovern, OBE, JLR Creative Director, along with James Hagger, JLR Retail Design Director.

The seating area in the center of the ground floor leads to the Brand Showcase, where Range Rover, Defender and Discovery express their individual identities. Inspired by the sculpture center, the cars are displayed as works of art.

James Hagger, Director of Retail Design, JLR, said: “The original idea of ​​the halo effect was to put customers at the center of the experience, immersing them in JLR’s world of modern luxury as soon as they crossed the threshold. This is also a challenge compared to the conventions of conventional car display centers. The openness, lack of barriers and relaxing atmosphere make this place feel like a luxury jewel box.”.
